2017 — Humble Beginnings
It all started in a small home studio in 2017. Armed with a passion for typography and design, we began creating fonts and selling them exclusively through digital asset marketplaces like Creative Market and Envato. Back then, Fontoria was just a small side project, driven purely by love for letters.

2018 — First Breakthrough Client
In mid-2018, everything changed when we landed our very first big client: a boutique branding agency that used our font in their national campaign. This milestone gave us the confidence and motivation to expand our font library and improve our designs.

2019 — Growing Recognition
By 2019, our fonts were being downloaded and used by designers from over 30 countries. Our works started getting featured in design blogs and creative showcases, helping us build a modest but loyal following.

2020 — First Custom Font Projects
We started receiving inquiries for custom font projects. In 2020, we successfully completed our first custom typeface for a startup company. This opened a new chapter, offering bespoke font creation services alongside retail fonts.

2021 — The Leap: Launching Our Own Website
After years of relying on third-party marketplaces, we took a big leap in 2021: we launched our own website, fontoria.com. Now, for the first time, customers could browse, purchase, and download directly from us. This move allowed us to offer better pricing, exclusive releases, and direct customer support.

2022 — Expanding the Library & Licensing Options
With our own platform, we expanded our offerings — adding corporate licenses, webfont packages, and even an option for app/game embedding. We also started a newsletter and blog to share typography tips and design inspiration.

2023 — Community & Collaboration
We began collaborating with other independent designers and type foundries, offering a curated collection of fonts beyond our own creations. We also hosted our first online typography contest, engaging our growing community.

2024 — Future Plans
As we move forward, our mission remains the same: to provide high-quality, unique fonts that empower designers around the world. Exciting new font families, collaborations, and educational resources are on the way!
